Bodhi Bonsai - November 2011 Workshop

All members are invited to attend Bodhi Bonsai Workshop on November 19, 2011.

Very interesting for those who have sufficient area around to shape couple of trees with in your own compound. Some innovative ideas indeed.

Pooktre, as they have called it, has perfected a Gradual shaping method, which is the shaping of trees as they grow along predetermined designs.
Designing and setting up the supporting famework are fundamental to
the success of a tree. Some are intended for harvest to be high quality. Indoor furniture and others will remain living art.

July 23 2011 - A memorable day for Bodhi Bonsai Chennai members with Mr Ponnusamy, our Patron.

I consider it as a great opportunity having participated in the SAIKEI workshop organised by Mr Ponnusamy, renowned Bonsai Master at Jenny's Club, Coimbatore.  Several members from the local Friendly Bonsai Club also participated in the event.

Fourteen magnificient arrangements were created during the workshop. Members were fascinated from its conceptualisation stage to the final formation of each piece.
