Learning the art of Bonsai

'Bodhi' is a Chennai based registered association.  We have monthly workshops where the members practise the art of Bonsai. We have many experienced teachers in our group to impart the knowledge to newcomers.  Our next workshop is on Saturday, January 21 2012 at 2 30 pm.
Venue; Children's Green Park, Almost opposite to Grand Sweets, Spurtank Road, Chetpet, Chennai.
Registration Fees:       Rs   100.00
Annual subscription:  Rs 1000.00

    The agenda for the Jan 21st workshop will be posted on this blog by the 14th Jan .
    I recommend you to join us as a guest on that day as this will give you an opportunity to meet others keen in pursuing Bonsai as a hobby and also help you get more information about Bodhi's activities.

    Hi Shanavas

    Are you a resident of chennai ? .

    We will be able to respond to your question if you are more specific about what you want to know . The type of fertilizer to be used cannot be the same for all purposes .

    It differs based on age of the plant , season , purpose for which you want to fertilize ( ie. improve foliage , fruiting/flowering, improve health of the plant ) & current soil in which it is growing

    Do let us know more about your collection so that we can respond appropriately .
