Bodhi will be dedicating the May 2013 Monthly meeting to all the New & Novice members  by conducting  a Special workshop for Beginners.

The Workshop will cover the following  :
2 PM to 3 PM Lecture session by Dr Yogesh Bhuvaneshwar

• A walk you through on Basic Bonsai Styles
• Aesthetic & Horticultural aspects of growing , Styling , Care & Maintenance of Bonsai Plants
• Traits to look for in garden/Nursery stock before selecting plant for styling into a bonsai
• Understanding the role of light, heat, water, nutrition and how each of these elements are best used and balanced to enhance the development of your bonsai.
• Planning for the seasonal requirements of your bonsai. 
•  Tools Required & choosing Bonsai Pots

3 PM to 4.30 PM

•  Hands–on styling session—Dr Yogesh & our Senior club members will assist New Members in creating their Own Bonsai (Attendees are encouraged to bring their own plants )

4.30 PM to 5.30 PM Tea & Networking
Bodhi Membership is mandatory for attending this workshop without charges.
Non Members are also welcome to become members of Bodhi at the Venue .
